Privacy, terms and disclaimers

Privacy policy
What we collect. When you request access we ask for your first name, last name (optional), email address, mobile phone number and, optionally, the address of your current website. We also record the date and time you signed up and which lessons you open.
Why. To create your course account, send your login code, deliver the lessons, tell you when new lessons or videos are added, and tell you about OutletDomains services that relate to what the course teaches. You can stop those messages at any time.
Who processes it. Your account lives in a database run by Supabase. The site is hosted by Netlify. Email is sent through Resend. Each of these processes data only on our behalf. If you enter the OutletDomains website service, OutletDomains' own privacy policy at outletdomains.com applies as well.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising. If you arrived from an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may set cookies and receive standard event data (such as that a page was viewed or a form was completed) through the Meta Pixel. See Meta's data policy for how they use it.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to end emails. To see, correct or delete your data, email support@outletdomains.com or text (480) 669-1684. We answer within a few business days.
Text message terms
By providing your mobile number and tapping the access button you agree to receive text messages from OutletDomains LLC about this course and OutletDomains services. Message frequency varies; expect a few messages a month at most. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Terms of use
- The course is provided free for your personal use. You may use what you learn in your own work and business. You may not resell or republish the lessons themselves.
- Your access code and login are for you. Do not share them.
- The course is provided "as is". We may change, add or remove lessons at any time.
- Third-party tools mentioned in the course (for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Netlify, Google) belong to their owners, have their own terms, and are not affiliated with us. Their features and prices can change.
- Arizona law governs these terms.
Results and earnings disclaimer
This is an educational course. It teaches a method for building websites with AI tools and for offering websites to businesses. It does not guarantee any result. Whether you build a site, whether anyone hires you, and whether you earn anything from it depends entirely on you, your effort, your skill, your market and factors outside anyone's control. Any prices, ranges or examples mentioned in the course are illustrations of what some people charge or pay, not predictions of what you will earn. No income, job, or business outcome is promised or implied.
Where the course describes OutletDomains' own services, including its partner program, those services are optional, have their own terms and agreements, and are described inside the course for information only. Nothing in the course is required to complete it.
