Privacy policy

What we collect. When you request access we ask for your first name, last name (optional), email address, mobile phone number and, optionally, the address of your current website. We also record the date and time you signed up, which lessons you open and finish, how far you watch each video, and your answers to the optional questions about your business.

Public business research. To decide who on our team should reach out first and what would help you most, we look up public, professional information: your email's domain, the website you gave us or your business's website, public profiles that match your name and business, and whether your phone number is a working line (through a phone-verification service). We never use credit data, and we never use this to deny you anything, set prices or change terms.

Why. To create your course account, send your login code, deliver the lessons, tell you when new lessons or videos are added, and tell you about OutletDomains services that relate to what the course teaches. You can stop those messages at any time.

Who processes it. Your account lives in a database run by Supabase. The site is hosted by Netlify. Email is sent through Resend. Business research uses Firecrawl (reads public web pages), Exa (public web search) and Trestle (phone line checks). Each of these processes data only on our behalf. If you enter the OutletDomains website service, OutletDomains' own privacy policy at outletdomains.com applies as well.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our partners. OutletDomains works with independent partners who help business owners get their websites and marketing set up. When you sign up, we may give your name, email, phone and business details to one OutletDomains partner so they can reach out to help you, on OutletDomains' behalf and under these same terms. Reply STOP to texts, or ask any partner or us to stop contacting you, and we will.

Advertising. If you arrived from an ad on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may set cookies and receive standard event data (such as that a page was viewed or a form was completed) through the Meta Pixel. See Meta's data policy for how they use it.

Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to end emails. To see, correct or delete your data, email support@outletdomains.com or text (480) 669-1684. We answer within a few business days.

Note that under some legislations, we may be allowed to process information until you object to such processing (by opting out), without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases below. In any case, we will be happy to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Information is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract. You further understand that this is a soft pull and will not harm your credit in any way whatsoever.

Text message terms

Message frequency varies; expect a few messages a month at most. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Results and earnings disclaimer

This is an educational course. It teaches a method for building websites with AI tools and for offering websites to businesses. It does not guarantee any result. Whether you build a site, whether anyone hires you, and whether you earn anything from it depends entirely on you, your effort, your skill, your market and factors outside anyone's control. Any prices, ranges or examples mentioned in the course are illustrations of what some people charge or pay, not predictions of what you will earn. No income, job, or business outcome is promised or implied.

Where the course describes OutletDomains' own services, including its partner program, those services are optional, have their own terms and agreements, and are described inside the course for information only. Nothing in the course is required to complete it.
